Genine joined THM in 2022 as maternity cover for Rebecca Chappell and is responsible for the firm’s Human Resource function and leading the Operational support team. Genine is CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualified and has been working in business partnering and generalist HR roles for over 13 years. Genine has previously worked for RSA Insurance during which she held posts partnering UK and European jurisdictions.
