Life at THM
I joined THM as I was wanted to work in an entrepreneurial environment that was “hands-on” and at the centre of large and complex restructuring transactions.
Prior to joining THM I worked for a boutique restructuring advisory firm and prior to that in the Transaction Services team at Deloitte. I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the financial services audit team at Deloitte in 2006.
Life at THM
I decided to join THM as I was attracted by the opportunity to work on some of the largest financial restructuring transactions in Europe and the breadth of experience I would gain from being part of small project teams leading these transactions.
Prior to joining THM I was at PwC where I started on the graduate scheme in international tax structuring before moving to the M&A transfer pricing team. I wanted to get to know the businesses I was working on in more depth and thought this was more likely to be achieved working at THM.
